Grievances

Palladian views member satisfaction as an essential ingredient to providing customer-focused services. Therefore, Palladian offers healthplan members avenues to make verbal or written needs and concerns known through the complaint / grievance and appeal process. Palladian will conduct a thorough, appropriate and timely investigation of your complaints / grievances and appeals. Palladian will also inform you how to request further review if you remain dissatisfied with the complaint / grievance or appeal response. Palladian does not retaliate or take discriminatory action against a member who has filed a complaint or appeal.

To request a complete copy of Palladian's Complaint / Grievance and Appeal Policy or to submit your complaint, grievance, or appeal, you can call Palladian's Customer Service Department, Monday through Friday 8:30 A.M. through 5:00 P.M. You can also submit your request in writing by mailing your request to Palladian Muscular Skeletal Health, Customer Service, 2732 Transit Road, West Seneca, New York 14224.
