Over a 90-day Introductory Period, new Palladian employees go through an on-boarding process, including corporate orientation and department/job specific training. Our corporate training program utilizes state of the art tools and methodologies to maximize the learning experience.
To further enable employees with the knowledge, skills and abilities to perform their job function to their highest potential, Palladian has established a central portal of training materials, policies and procedures. Current, accurate and consistent documentation and tools that are relevant to each individual’s job responsibilities are always available to staff. This centralized portal also supports our goal of providing customer service excellence.
An annual training curriculum is established to comply with applicable regulatory and contractual performance standards and to promote professional development. Additionally, opportunities for advancement are available to our employees via internal position postings.
