Palladian Health operational departments are listed below with a brief description of their functions to assist you in identifying employment opportunities that are best suited to your experience, skills and interests.

Administration
- Administrative staff provide clerical support for management personnel

Claims- The Claims Department handles reimbursement services in keeping with State, Federal and contractual requirements.
- Analysts are responsible for keying/analysis of claims for medical services rendered to plan members in a timely, accurate and professional manner in accordance with corporate guidelines, as well as federal and state compliance standards.

Call Center/Customer Service- The Call Center/Customer Service Department is responsible for handling inbound calls from health plan participants and medical service providers.
- Call Center/Customer Service Representatives work in a fast paced inbound/outbound call center environment, responding to telephone inquiries from health plan participants and medical service providers

Clinical Services– The Clinical Services Department is responsible for reviewing requests and providing decisions pertaining to discipline-specific medical necessity of care.
- Medical & Physical Health Professionals (Appropriately licensed Medical Doctors, Chiropractors, and Physical Therapists) render determinations for care requests.
- Coordinated Spine Care (CSC) - The Coordinated Spine Care (CSC) Department is responsible for the assessment and management of muscular skeletal pain from spinal disorders and promotes evidence-based decision making throughout the care cycle by delivering timely, relevant, and scientifically valid information to educate both members and providers from the onset of care.
- Finance- The Finance Department’s primary function is to properly and accurately administer and record all corporate financial transactions according to State, Federal and contractual requirements.
- Human Resources- The Human Resources Department is responsible for recruitment and selection of personnel, performance, conduct and behavior management, company and employee relations, staff/management training and development, as well as compensation, rewards and benefits management.

Information Systems- The Information Systems Department ensures consistency and state of the art development of information technology throughout Palladian Health.
- Information Systems Professionals are responsible for all aspects of software/development, (clinical systems and technology improvement), systems administration (hardware, networking, and technical support), operations and daily processes, as well as reporting, data analysis and process improvement.

Network Management- The Network Management Department is responsible for the promotion and expansion of all specialty provider networks.
- Network Management Agents execute an intense provider recruitment campaign via outbound calling, email, mail & fax to maintain existing provider networks, and facilitate the provider credentialing process as required by regulatory and contractual standards.

Community and Provider Relations– The Community and Provider Relations Department is responsible for timely and accurate communications with health plan participants and service providers to ensure benefits information and service availability

Quality Assurance/Utilization Management - The Utilization Management Department is responsible for processing and recording all incoming and outgoing service authorization requests in accordance with the corporate guidelines, as well as federal, state and contractual compliance standards.
- Keyers/Analysts process structured clinical data and make coverage determinations for medical services rendered to plan members in accordance with Corporate guidelines, as well as federal and state compliance standards
- Clerks perform routine keying/typing, scanning, filing and faxing tasks, along with frequent outbound calling to health plan members for notification of decisions

Palladian EAP*- The EAP is a confidential resource for all employees and their dependents to address personal or professional concerns that are negatively impacting their workplace performance.
- EAP Clinicians are responsible for triaging, assessing, and offering counseling services to help improve workplace performance and facilitation of group trainings and debriefings

Most positions are full-time (Monday-Friday). The job functions of all positions are performed at the Corporate office in West Seneca, NY, unless specifically noted otherwise. Shift times may vary per department.
